Two Russian warships damaged in missile attack on Sevastopol
On the night of 13 September, several powerful explosions rang out in the area of the Ordzhonikidze Shipyard in Russian-occupied Sevastopol. The local “authorities” reported a fire at the enterprise, and the Russian Ministry of Defence reported an attack by missiles and unmanned surface vehicles, damaging two ships. Ukrainian Defence Intelligence confirmed the damage to the Rostov-on-Don submarine (Project 636) and the destruction of the large landing ship Minsk (Project 775), which were in dry dock at the Ordzhonikidze Shipyard.
Explosions allegedly occurred in Moscow at night
Russian Telegram channels reported this, citing local sources. They heard explosions and saw smoke near the Ostankino Tower. Moscow Mayor Sobyanin and the Russian Defense Ministry did not comment on the situation.
North Korea started supplying ammunition to Russia a month and a half ago - Budanov

Russia destroys 280,000 tonnes of Ukrainian grain after leaving Grain Initiative
The UK government has stated that Russian missiles and drones have destroyed 280,000 tonnes of grain since July 2023 when Russia unilaterally withdrew from the Black Sea Grain Initiative, Reuters reports.
Russians damage grain warehouses and sunflower oil tanks during attacks on Reni and Izmail ports
On the night of 12-13 September, the Russian forces attacked the cities of Reni and Izmail in Odesa region with assault drones; administrative buildings, warehouses for grain cargo, sunflower oil storage tanks and vehicles were damaged. Since 18 July, as a result of Russia's attacks on the ports of Ukraine, 105 port infrastructure facilities have been damaged and partially destroyed.
Drone wreckage may have been found in Romania again
On the night of September 13, following an attack on Ukrainian ports, the wreckage of a Russian drone may have fallen in Romania again. The Romanian Ministry of Defence reported this.
European Commission suggests limiting Ukrainian grain imports
The European Commission has submitted a proposal to extend the temporary ban on the import of certain types of Ukrainian agricultural products after 15 September, as demanded by Poland and Hungary. It is not certain whether the restrictions will be extended until the end of 2023 or for a shorter period.
